Victor Lopes Mascarenhas is a born and raised Carioca (Brazilian from Rio de Janeiro) with Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, and Colombian heritage. Lucky enough to have grown in contact with different social realities in Rio, seeing early on the beauty of diversity and the pressure of inequality.

Founder and Design Strategist of Bolei Sustainable Innovation. Delivering circular solutions for businesses and people since 2012.
In Brazil, worked at Rio's main studios for S&P500 clients, and as an independent consultant for agencies, brands, and start-ups. One of these projects was so successful that led to the creation of the product design area at Bold, a Design Company.
In Italy, started a journey as Product Innovation Manager in Sirap, a Multinational Packaging Manufacturer, coordinating projects with stakeholders throughout Europe. Responsible for the Ocean’s Circular Packaging, the first Compostable Range of the group, the patented D.Edge Eco-design Technology, the company’s Sustainability Strategy, an optimization project that generated thousands of €uros in savings in the whole group, and key product developments accounting for Millions of €uros in revenue. Supporting clients from their brief till the final delivery.
